Some people are so hard to buy for, right?!  You just don’t know what to get them that will a) fit their personality and b) be appreciated.  I know I’ve been thought of as hard to buy for because I lean a little on the crunchy side.  Does the gift need to be all natural, non-toxic, chemical-free, sans dyes, 100% organic, and blessed by a Magi?  Nope.  Not even a little bit.  I’m just grateful that you thought to present me with a gift.  I don’t judge or place value on your generosity.

And I think that’s how most people are.  Sure, there’s the occasional purist who knows exactly what they want and doesn’t settle for anything less.  But I think most people are gracious and grateful when it comes to receiving gifts.

Y’all know I am a fan of Thrive Market.  I’ve been a member for 6 months now.  But I was a skeptic for a while.  I mean, $60 just to join?!  Seriously.

When I really started looking at their prices compared with prices I could get elsewhere, though, I began to see that you can really save some serious money on certain items.  Not everything is cheaper at Thrive Market, but many items are.  So much so that you can quickly and easily make up for the membership fee.  Sort of like Amazon Prime.  How many people scoffed at that at first?  And now how many people are madly in love with Amazon Prime?
