LuLaRoe is a fashion brand with clothing lines for women, men, and kids. I love LuLaRoe for building my seasonal capsule wardrobes because their clothes are comfy and versatile while still very stylish. Many of my wardrobe staples are from LuLaRoe. They can easily mix and match with other pieces to maximize a simplified wardrobe.
The thing I love best about LuLaRoe is that the clothes are not made in sweatshops. Workers are paid a fair wage and work 8-hour shifts in decent working conditions. LuLaRoe factory workers make more than most Wal-Mart employees! I love supporting companies that treat their people like people rather than like a commodity. LuLaRoe also uses the Recover Upcycled Textile System for many of their garments.
LuLaRoe is not sold in stores. There is no catalog or website to order items from. That is because LuLaRoe is unique in that it only creates about 5,000 pieces in each print. And there are thousands of prints! It would be nearly impossible to put it all in one place like a website or catalog.
Instead, LuLaRoe is sold through Independent Fashion Consultants. Each consultant chooses which styles she carries in her inventory. When she places an inventory order, she selects the styles and sizes, but the prints she receives are a surprise. She won’t know what she gets until her order arrives! And no, she can’t request certain colors or prints. It truly is a grab bag. Because of that, each consultant has completely different inventory that literally changes constantly.
