For the longest time, I did meal planning monthly. I noticed that the fewer times I went to the grocery store each month, the less I spent. I am so bad about grabbing things NOT on my list because they are on sale or because they just look good (usually the latter)! So I would plan all of our meals for the entire month and do my grocery shopping the first and third weeks of the month. On my first trip, I’d get all of the dry and non-perishables for the month plus fresh foods for the first two weeks and on my second trip I’d get fresh foods for the last two weeks of the month.
Today I am sharing my first free printable. I love printables for decorating because they are inexpensive and easy to change out with the seasons. They also save on tons of natural resources because mass amounts of printed artwork is not being manufactured in China and then shipped to your nearest big box store.
For the record, I also love buying original or reproduction artwork from individual artists and boutiques that have relationships with artists and artisans.
But printable artwork is a much more affordable option if those other options are not within your budget.
I love home decorating, but I get frustrated with how expensive home décor can be in stores. Which is why I love to use printables for decorating. They are so affordable and versatile. You can usually print them to any size you need. You can use frames you already own; or you can buy or make frames that match your style perfectly. And if you find something you like better in a week, you can change out your art without feeling guilty about the money you spent. Today, I am going to share with you some of my favorite printables for kids’ room décor. Some of these are even FREE!
