It’s time for another Meal Plan Monday! Baby Number 3 is getting closer and closer to joining us, which means I’m getting more and more tired (yet, somehow motivated to declutter and organize – nesting is so weird, right mommas?). I’m trying to easy and low-key around here during these last few weeks.
If you’re new to Meal Plan Monday, this is where I share my weekly meal plan. I’m sharing these as a way to help encourage YOU to meal plan too! I hope you’ll get some ideas and inspiration. Here’s our meal plan for the week:
Monday (today): Shepherd’s Pie
Tuesday: Chicken Rotini with Parmesan Basil Sauce, Italian Salad, Garlic Bread
Wednesday: Quiche with Caramelized Onions, Bacon, and Cheddar, Fruit
Thursday: Loaded Baked Potatoes with Broccoli, Cheese, and Sour Cream*
Friday: YOYO (You’re On Your Own!)
Saturday: Salmon Cakes, Rice, Salad
Sunday: Family Dinner with my mom and my sister’s family.
*Meatless Meal – Each week, I try to plan for at least one meatless dinner. Like Meatless Monday, but we don’t restrict it to just Mondays. We also almost always go meatless for weekday breakfasts too.
